Regarding the non-renewal, that is an underwriting decision made by the carrier and it’s not something our agency controls. When you reached out, we discussed your options, including ways to resolve the underwriting concerns to prevent the non-renewal, which is still available.

We always recommend customers use our vetted network of contractors and only pursue claims when there is supported damage, to help prevent unnecessary claim issues over time.
